Why Bawdewyne from Macau Goes to Chamonix Haute Savoie

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

Chamonix village is a one of a kind French town with the legendary Mont Blanc and jagged glaciers. Each of us enjoy going skiing or even taking the tourist train. I sometimes fly from Dayton and stay at a Chamonix luxury catered chalet during my stay.

My friends and I previously stayed in Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando SeaWorld International Center however it rarely met the standards of its description: Neighboring a number of family attractions, this centrally located Orlando hotel is near Universal Orlando®, SeaWorld ® Orlando, Discovery Cove, Walt Disney World® Resort, and the Premium Outlets featuring upscale shopping at over 120 stores. This Residence Inn hotel features an outdoor pool with water fountains, a whirlpool, and complimentary scheduled transportation to Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, SeaWorld® Orlando, Discovery Cove, and Universal Studios® Islands of Adventure and City Walk. Guests may want to pick up a friendly game of tennis, basketball, or volleyball at the hotel’s sport court. A fitness center is also on site. Children will enjoy the game room and playground. Dining options include a poolside bar and cafe.Rooms offer high-speed Internet access at no cost and 50% more space than traditional hotel rooms. One- and two-bedroom suites are also available, which are perfect for family vacations and business travelers. Begin each morning with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet or use your fully equipped in-room kitchen.

In comparison in Chamonix France the chalet is invariably fine. Likewise dining in my number one restaurant, Bosanko, enjoying eggnog logs is a memorable experience. Chamonix Mont Blanc France is a big enough place to make sure that there is lots of things for the visitor to do. With a ice rink and a plethora of night-clubs, Chamonix provides a choice of snowboarding, old town charm and shopping which few ski resorts can hope to rival.

The face of the Call Center business is changing!

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

Conservative consumers, shifting economic conditions and increasingly competitive business conditions are making it easier than ever to get new customers. These factors are also making it harder than ever to keep your customers. Customer loyalty isn’t something easily given, it is something that is earned.

The fight for customer loyalty is nothing new to contact center professionals, but the changing face of the contact center industry is. Database integration with predictive dialer systems has been designed for the next generation of contact centers and the new breed of contact center professional. Database technologies and evolving team management strategies will lead the industry into the next phase of contact center growth.

The driving force behind these changes is FTC Legislation also an expansion/revision in basic call center objectives. Measures of success in call center operations have changed dramatically in the last decade. While once only call completions or number of orders were the primary measure, depending on the call center function, customer centric measures are now the focus

Predictive dialing is changing almost as fast as traditional dialers bring screen pops to an agent’s desktop. The US market, which is the leader in terms of installed systems, is in a period of transition. Predictive Dialing started off as a way to attract new customers and to sell new ideas, but that model does not fit well in today’s marketplace. Instead, companies are implementing database enabled predictive dialers in innovative ways, calling airline consumers if their flights are late, alerting utility customers to power shortages, reminding drivers to get their annual checkup, and even notifying retail customers when a package will be shipped late. Does that mean that consumers can say goodbye to someone asking for “the man or woman of the house,” or having someone stumble with a long last name? Probably not, but there will be a drastic change over the next five years in which predictive dialers will migrate from being used for primarily outbound sales activity to being used for proactive outbound/inbound blending, IVR and more in the customer service arena.

Companies without call centers, though, will be at a distinct disadvantage if their competitors have them. Database call center technology is made for dealing with a customer’s base on a large scale or even a SMALL SCALE USING call center TECHNOLOGY utilizing the latest technology from. The future of the call center is rather like its past-it will continue to be the focal point for corporate efforts to handle customer contact. It will also incrementally add technology to handle different kinds of contacts, like emails and web interactions. CCSC has already seen and recognized these transitions in the use of a powerful database/CRM call center technology in the marketplace. How to Perform the Barbell Squat The “Right” Way

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

No other exercise takes advantage of the “growth effect” better than the barbell squat. Not the deadlift, the bench press, the barbell curl, or any other exercise for that matter. It’s simply the best exercise you can do to build muscle fast.

You might find this hard to believe, but the squat is ninety-nine percent of any training program. It’s just that important. If you don’t believe us, try them for just four weeks the way your suppose to, and we guarantee you’ll be shocked by the results.

Here’s how we want you to do them: We want you to do just one set. Load the bar with a weight that will allow you to perform between fifteen and twenty repetitions. You can use a Smith machine or squat rack, but make sure that you use some form of safety equipment so that you can get out from underneath the bar when you fail on your last repetition.

Now duck under the bar and rest it across the back of your shoulders. You can pad the bar with a towel or piece of cut foam if you want. Lift the bar from the rack and take a step back. Lower the weight in a controlled manner until the back of your thighs are parallel to the floor. Keep your head up and your back flat at all times during the movement.

Once you reach the bottom, push up until you come to the top exhaling as you do so. Continue performing slow controlled repetitions until you simply can’t perform another no matter how hard you try. Safely return the bar back to the rack and collapse on the floor if you need to until you catch your breath.

Keep adding weight to the bar each workout – five to ten pounds should do it – and make the full fifteen to twenty repetitions like your life depended on it. The rate of your muscle gains will depend almost entirely on how hard you work on that single set of squats.

How Does VoIP Really Work?

Wednesday, October 29th, 2008

VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. By using a VoIP phone and VoIP technology you can effectively use the internet to make phone calls. VoIP does this by placing the voice calls on network which encrypts the voice in data packets at one end and encrypts it in voice calls at the other end. In VoIP, encryption and decryption is from a analog signal (i.e. your voice call) into digital signal (data packets) and again into the analog signal.

You can make VOIP calls by a regular phone with VOIP adapter or even from your computer using a simple microphone. VoIP applications can generally be used with a simple microphone and computer speakers, but IP telephones or VoIP boxes can also be used, providing an experience identical to normal telephoning. Many VOIP manufacturers are designing phones which are specially meant to work with this technology, called SIP phone, and now extensively used by growing VoIP users.

In the past year, the quality and reliability of VoIP technology has improved to the point that vast numbers of users have abandoned their standard telephone contracts entirely, in favor of VoIP. Local as well as long distance calling is available for VoIP. Rates and plans can vary from one VoIP service provider to another VoIP service provider.

Advantages of using VOIP

Using VOIP you can effectively cut down your phone bills, since you just pay to your regular internet connection and small fees to your VOIP service provider. Setting up conference calls with VOIP is very easy.

You can even set up your own VoIP network and don’t need any special equipment like PBX etc. You can call to any local telephone, mobile, long distance number or any international number through VoIP phones. More importantly, the person you are calling by using VoIP technology does not need any special equipment; just a regular telephone.

Many additional features like call forwarding, call tracing, reminders, caller ID are readily available in VoIP Phones. You can even assign a local telephone number to your VOIP phone set, and just need a fast internet connection to use your VOIP service anywhere in the world.

VoIP Dilemma

VoIP applications and services require data transfer in real time. During a call an interactive data voice exchange takes place. Unfortunately, TCP/IP is not well suited for this purpose. Sometimes you have to wait for a few seconds, to hear the other side answering. But with recent developments streaming the flow of voice signals has improved. PC-to-PC and PC-to-phone calling quality is still not as sharp as regular PSTN calls. However, with SIP phones and a reliable high speed internet connection there is little or no difference….and sometimes the quality is even better.

SIP Phones

SIP Phones are the phones which are specifically designed to work as VOIP phones. SIP phone can be considered as a network endpoint routing voice via its IP address. This allows a DID (direct inward dialing) number to move with a user. With SIP phones you can use advanced features like voice mail to email etc. Using a SIP phone also closely resembles a regular analog phone in look, feel, function, and ease of use.

FCC and VoIP

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates VOIP Services in the USA. They are in charge to create and promote telecommnuication regulations….such as VOIP services….to benefit consumers. In November, 2004 FCC ruled that individual States do not have the jurisdiction to impose taxes on VoIP services, which made the cost of VOIP services even more attractive in relation to standard PSTN phone services.

The Superultramodern Scientific Explanation of the Fundamental Forces

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

Part I

The particle theorists’ explanation of the fundamental forces -

1) Explanation of the force of repulsion -

‘In quantum mechanics, the forces or interactions between matter particles are all supposed to be carried by particles of integer spin – 0, 1, or 2. What happens is that a matter particle, such as an electron or a quark, emits a force – carrying particle. The recoil from this emission changes the velocity of the matter particle. The force – carrying particle then collides with another matter particle and is absorbed. This collision changes the velocity of the second particle, just as if there had been a force between the two matter particles.’ ( See Hawking 1996, p. 90 )

2) Explanation of the force of attraction -

It is the same as the description of the force of repulsion. For example, ‘The gravitational force of the sun on the earth is pictured in particle theories as being caused by the emission of a graviton by a particle in the sun and its absorption by a particle in the earth.’ ( See Hawking 1996, p. 217 )

a) Deficiency -

With reference to the particle theorists’ description of the force of repulsion it is quite simple to see that its explanation of the force of attraction is totally inadequate. By the emission and absorption of graviton the two matter particles would rather go away ( or be repulsed ) from each other.

b) Principal deficiency -

The particle theorists’ model does not at all explain how the matter particle, that emits a force – carrying particle, realises the presence of the other matter particle. In other words, the model does not explain how the emitter of the force – carrying particle knows when to emit a particle.

Part II

The Superultramodern Explanation -

According to the NSTP (Non – Spatial Thinking Process) theory any basic force of attraction or repulsion is just a form of spatial illusion to non – spatial observer/s, where the illusion is modulated or orderly governed by some superhuman thoughts also existing in the form of non-spatial feelings. Any experimental evidence in support of the particle theorists’ explanation is also a form of orderly spatial illusion.

The Illusion of Lust

Friday, October 24th, 2008

Lust is the result of an illusion. Lust is the desire to possess that which is seen as separate. This separateness is an illusion, for we are all ONE. So if we can see the one-ness beyond the veils of separation, then lust becomes superfluous.

In a state of one-ness, there is no desire to possess something (or someone) outside of us, for everything is already part of us. We already own everything as our creation. In ONE-ness, we will find that the very act of trying to possess something is an assault on that something’s energy. Possessing will be replaced by allowing. Instead of lusting after wealth or fame or power or sexual partners, we allow that to be magnetized to us which reflects the vibrational state we are in. If that vibrational state is one of love, joy, and beauty, then there is no limit to what we can manifest. (What will be reflected back to us.) If that vibrational state is one of lust, then we will be forever looking outside of ourselves for fulfillment. We cannot find fulfillment outside of ourselves if we haven’t found it within ourselves. Once we realize our own divinity, we are in complete possession of our reality.

Lust is an emotion and is therefore chemical. Every time the emotion of lust is felt lust pheromones are released from the body. These pheromones go out and search for people or things to possess, and lead you to them. When you are in a chemical state, you need a reaction to your reactions–you need someone or something outside of yourself to complete that chemical circuitry.

In a state of one-ness, you are operating in an electrical circuitry. The energy comes through you and goes out and electrifies everything without needing a complement to the circuit. It’s one way. It is a matter of allowing that electrical energy through you. Lusting jams the energy flow, throwing you into a chemical circuitry.

Scientists Declaration about The Holy Quran and Islam-Willia

Monday, October 20th, 2008

Professor Hay is one of the best known marine scientists in the USA. Sheikh cAbdul-Majeed A. Zindan met with him and asked him many questions about the marine surface, the divider between upper and lower sea, and about the ocean floor and marine geology.

“I find it very interesting that this sort of information is in the ancient scriptures of the Holy Qur’n, and I have no way of knowing where they would have come from. But I think it is extremely interesting that they are there and this work is going on to discover it, the meaning of some of the passages.”

And when he was asked about the source of the Qur’n, he replied, “Well, I would think it must be the divine being.”

“That is a difficult question which I have been thinking about since our discussion here. I am impressed at how remarkably some of the ancient writings seem to correspond to modern and recent Astronomy. I am not a sufficient scholar of human history to project myself completely and reliably into the circumstances that 1400 years ago would have prevailed.

Certainly, I would like to leave it at that, that what we have seen is remarkable, it may or may not admit of scientific explanation, there may well have to be something beyond what we understand as ordinary human experience to account for the writings that we have seen.”

“I say, I am very much impressed by finding true astronomical facts in Qur’n, and for us modern astronomers have been studying very small piece of the universe. We have concentrated our efforts for understanding of very small part. Because by using telescopes, we can see only very few parts of the sky without thinking about the whole universe. So by reading Qur’n and by answering to the questions, I think I can find my future way for investigation of the universe.”

A Power Gift…

Terry Dashner……….Faith Fellowship Church PO Box 1586 Broken Arrow, OK 74013

More than 50 years ago at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, a young sociology professor assigned his class to a city slum to interview 200 boys. They were instructed to predict the boys’ futures on the basis of their findings.

Shocked at what they found in the slums, the students estimated that 90 percent of the boys interviewed would someday serve time in prison.

Twenty-five years passed. The same professor asked another class to try to locate the survivors of the 200 boys and compare what had happened. Of 180 of the original boys located, only four had ever been to jail.

Why had the predictions not turned out? A common denominator was sought in their lives, some value or influence that may have marked the difference. Through more interviews, it was found that over 100 of the men remembered having the same high-school teacher, a Miss O’Rourke, who had been a tremendous influence on them at the time. After a long search, Sheila O’Rourke was found in a nursing home in Memphis, now 70 years old. When asked for her explanation, she was puzzled. “All I can say,” she concluded, “is that I loved every one of them.”

Many times believers ask me how to determine spiritual gifts. Believers want to know what their gift is to develop and use it. That’s wonderful. But, I think we miss the point of “giftedness.” God has gifted us by His Holy Spirit. That is true; however, many believers want “power gifts” miracles, healings, signs and wonders. May I share with you the greatest gift a believer may possess?

As a pastor with years of experience in local church ministry, may I share some observations? The older I get, the more I’m convinced that the greatest force, power, and impact a Christian can have on another human being is a work of love. That’s rightnot just abstract love, but love in action is powerful and changes lives. Instead of looking for your gift, start loving people with acts (not just words) of loving-kindness. Melt your enemies with the love of God working through you.

Agreed. My love which is human, mortal, and limited comes up short when stretched to my enemies. That’s when I say, “Lord, love them through me.” God wants a surrendered vessel. He wants a vessel that will fill and empty with His love at His prompting. God wants to pour Himself through the believer to reach the world. What say you? Will you be His vessel? His love is powerful and changes lives forever.

Keep the faith. Stay the course. Jesus is coming soon and very soon.
